Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

• We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹500/- across India.

• For prepaid orders below ₹500, a shipping fee of ₹100 will be added. Prepaid orders above ₹500 will be shipped free of charge.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders. A COD fee of ₹100 will be applied to the order.

• The Cart Value for the above conditions is calculated after applying any applicable discounts or coupons.

• Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and dispatch. Estimated delivery time from the date of dispatch is 5-7 business days.

• Orders received during Sundays or holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Note that during festivals and lockdowns, processing and shipping may experience delays.

• We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Deliveries to rural domestic addresses may take additional days in transit.

International Shipping

• Shipping charges for international orders will vary. The shipping fee will differ according to the country from which the order is received.

General Scenario

• If we receive a cancellation request after the order has already been processed, we regret that we cannot cancel the order. Somgiriveda (www.somgiriveda.shop) reserves the right to determine whether an order can be canceled or not. By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision taken by Somgiriveda regarding cancellation.

• Order Cancellation by Somgiriveda (www.somgiriveda.shop): Somgiriveda reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received.¹ In such cases, 100% of the payment will be refunded, and the user will be duly notified.

• If delivery fails or is late due to a user's fault (such as an incorrect or incomplete name/address, or unavailability of the recipient), any additional expenses incurred by Somgiriveda for re-delivery will be claimed from the user.

Coupon Terms & Conditions

• Coupons have a limited validity period, and Somgiriveda reserves the right to modify or cancel them at any time.

• The coupon offer is only valid when applied to the eligible item(s).

• Coupons can only be used with the purchase of products on somgiriveda.shop that are shipped and sold by www.somgiriveda.shop. They do not apply to products sold by third-party sellers or on other e-commerce websites.

• Each customer is limited to using one coupon per purchase.

• Applicable shipping and handling charges, as per our Shipping and Return Policy, are to be borne by the customer.

• Offers are subject to availability while stock lasts.

• The offer is void where prohibited by law.

• Somgiriveda takes no responsibility for the payment of any taxes associated with the distribution or use of any coupon.

• Customers are required to pay any applicable tax related to the use of the coupon.

• Coupons are considered void if prohibited or restricted by law.
